There’s something I really like about making coffee in a manner that involves some participation. I mean slapping some grounds in an electric trip coffee maker and dumping water into the top somehow just seems wrong to me.
I usually make my coffee in a Melita coffee pot – once referred to as a “redneck still” by a former roommate (thanks Seth wherever you are). But I recently have been craving some espresso, so I picked up this little gem this week and have been enjoying some more high-test type coffee.
This ain’t your mother’s Maxwell House, that I can tell you.
