things to focus on to keep my sanity during the recession

Work is way under fulfilling these days so I’m making a list of things to focus on to help keep my sanity.

  1. My most excellent family and how lucky we are to have each other.
  2. Getting back in shape by cycling at least two days a week and swimming at least 2 days a week.
  3. Eating more whole foods and less food like substances.
  4. Pursuing some certifications in my chosen field.
  5. Re-engaging with my camera.
