Gratitude and health

This week I’m working on my understanding of gratitude. I believe that not only acknowledging that things are good in my life, but being thankful for the good things in my life will lead to greater feelings of contentment and less discontent.

Today I’m thankful that I woke up healthy.

I’m also working on ensuring that I continue to be healthy. Over the weekend, I went for three walks with Mr. Grey. TKD came on two of them. I also actively cut my intake of meat over the weekend, limiting meet to one meal a day. On Sunday, I actually ate no land animal meat products at all. We had fish for dinner.
