ah, foot numbness! there’s no feeling like it! I bought some shoes covers last fall and starting using them toward the end of November/early December. They barely work when it is 18 degrees out though…
I’m gonna ride in to work tomorrow. Hopefully get out at lunch and do the loop around Druid Hill.
unless your seat’s too high or your legs are different lengths. I’ve had my right foot get tingly when I ride 20 miles on the trainer. It’s also the side where my ankle gets stiff and crunchy at times.
I believe I am slightly lopsided, in more ways than one.
